Monasterio autónomo y vigilancia particular del Obispo diocesano. En tono a la interpretación del c. 615 del Código de Derecho Canónico

Abstract

En la materia de los monasterios llamados autónomos el legislador canónico exige a los Obispos diocesanos una vigilancia particular. En efecto, cuando no hay jerarquía interna, el servicio de la autoridad puede fácilmente deslizarse hacia los abusos. Después de haber situado el estatuto de estos monasterios, la autora presenta el caso de una monja apartada de su monasterio, excluida, rechazada y finalmente exclaustrada contra su voluntad y con la ausencia de todo respeto por el derecho, la equidad y la caridad. Este tipo de casos dramáticos obliga a abogar por una responsabilidad personal más fuerte de los Obispos diocesanos. ------ The canonical legislator in the case of the monasteries considered autonomous requires a particular supervision by the diocesan bishops. In effect, when there is no internal hierarchy, the service of the authority can easily falla into abuse. After having considered the statute of these monasteries, the author presents the case of a nun separated from her monastery, excluded and rejected, and finally found herself exclaustrated against her will and with the absence of all respect to the law, to equity and to charity. This type of dramatic cases obligues to solicit a major personal responsibility from the diocesan bishops.
