Abstract
In recent years, European universities have been inmersed in a profound change. Quality has emerged as one of the decisive factors in the configuration of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). The University of Navarra is aware of this fact, and has, from the beginning of this process, commited itself to implanting a "culture of quality". In this article we discuss the activities undertaken at the University of Navarra in the area of teaching quality, beginning in 1998 -the year the University began its evaluations of the degree programs in Industrial Engineering and Pharmacy- and continuing through the present day.
