El Espíritu Santo en la comunidad escatológica (Is 61,1-11)

Abstract

El oráculo de Is 61,1-3 ha tenido gran incidencia en la exégesis judía y en la cristiana (cf. Le 4,21). El "ungido del Espíritu" no se refiere al rey ni al sacerdote. Más bien, en la línea del Siervo, se identifica con la comunidad escatológica, representada en la Jerusalén/Sión, idealizada por el profeta.

The oracle of Is 61:1-3 has had a great repercussion on the Jewish and Christian exegesis (see Lk 4:21). The "anointed of the Lord" refers neither to the king nor to the priest. Instead, in the line of the Servant, the anointed one is identified with the eschatological community represented by Jerusalem/Sion idealized by the prophet.
