" El rostro de la fe y de la Iglesia". La teología de la liturgia en Joseph Ratzinger

Abstract

Según Hatzinger, la comprensión de la Iglesia debe nacer de la misma liturgia. Celebró la doctrina conciliar de la Sacrusanctu1n concíliu1n, aunque pronto detectará incoherencias en la aplicación de la refonna litúrgica conciliar. La Eucaristía es no solo una cena de comunidad, sino que actualiza la misma muerte y resurrección de Cristo. La dimensión sacrificial y la concepción del memorial ele la pascua del Señor fonnan parte esencial de la concepción de la Encaristía. Es fiesta y sacrificio al mismo tiempo. Ratzinger propone un "nuevo movimiento litúrgico", por el que Cristo y la celebración de su misterio pascual ocupen de verdad el centro de la vida de la Iglesia. Profundiza así en la dimensión cósmica de la liturgia -y no solo en la histórica-, en su entraña cristológica y trinitaria.

Ratzinger thinks that tbe Church's unsderstanding beginns in tbe liturgy. He agreed with the doctrine contained in the Sacrosancttun concilium, but later be realized ofthe incoherences in the application of the conciliar refom. Tbe Eucharist is not only the supper of the community, but it also makes present the death and resurrection of Christ. The sacrificial and memorial dimensions of our Lord's Easter belongs to the essence of the Rucharist. It is feast and sacrifice at the saine time. Ratzinger proposes a "new liturgical movement", in which really Christ and the celebration of the pascal mystery are the centre of the Church's live. He deepens in the cosmic dimensíon of liturgy-not only historical- and in its trinítarian and christological heart.
