Anomalías en las inscripciones jurisprudenciales del Digesto

Abstract

El trabajo descubre, por un lado, las diferencias entre las inscripciones de Digesto tal como aparecen en sus editiones mommsenianas maior y minor y, por otro, muestra las anomalías padecidas por esas inscripciones en su primera parte, es decir, la relativa al nombre del jurisconsulto.

The paper discovers, on the one hand, the differences between the inscriptions of the Justinian's Digest as they appear in their mommsenians editiones maior and minor and, on the other hand, it shows the anomalies experienced by those inscriptions on the first part, ie, relative to the name of the jurist.
