El espíritu finito, anticipado por el Espíritu Infinito en la obra Potenz und Akt de Edith Stein

Abstract

El presente estudio intenta dilucidar una llamativa anticipación del ser humano en cuanto espíritu finito por el Espíritu Infinito, que emerge de la obra Potenz und Akt de Edith Stein, siendo el espíritu un concepto articulador de todo el pensamiento steineano. La autora es de difícil comprensión. Se realiza, por ende, una lectura detenida del texto original, junto con la organización afinada de sus ideas claves en cuanto respuesta a una pregunta suscitada por un primer acercamiento a la realidad del espíritu en el texto steineano: ¿en qué medida el ser humano en cuanto espíritu finito en el mundo es anticipado por el Espíritu Infinito, de modo que a partir del infinito se entrevé el finito?

The present study tries to illuminate the anticipation of human being as finite spirit through the Infinite Spirit, which emerges from the work Potenz und Akt of Edith Stein. The author may not be easily understood. Hence, an in-depth reading of the original text will be carried out, along with a fine organization of Stein’s central ideas as a response to the question that emerges from the initial approach to the notion of spirit in her work: how is human being, as a finite spirit in the world, anticipated by the Infinite Spirit, in a way that the finite is glimpsed in the infinite?
