Algunos lugares comunes del último exilio español: 1936-1939

Abstract

El artículo revisa de ciertos lugares comunes del exilio en su contexto histórico, político y social, con el fin de derribar o matizar una serie de "tópicos" que sobreviven hasta hoy. Así, repara en las circunstancias en que se acogieron a los exiliados en los diferentes países como Francia, México, España y Argentina. También relata los aspectos del exilio de intelectuales y catedráticos españoles durante la Guerra Civil y su cuestionable adhesión a la II República. The article reviews certain common places of exile in their historical, political, and social context, with the aim of breaking down or qualifying a series of topics that survive to today. With that, it considers the circumstances that the exiled were welcomed in different countries such as France, Mexico, Spain and Argentina. It also discusses the aspects of the exile of Spanish intellectuals and professors during the Civil War and the questionable adhesion to the Second Republic.
