Resumen

This article focuses in the analysis of the European Common Security and Defence Policy’s evolution, specifically taking the European Global Agenda presented by the High Representative F. Mogherini in the European Council of June 2016 as the starting point. This strategy includes as a priority the fight against terrorism.
