Hermenéutica y teología en la interpretación paulina del AT. Un "status quaestionis"

Abstract

El autor presenta un estado de la investigación en los últimos 30 años acerca de la interpretación del AT en el apóstol Pablo. Concentra la investigación en dos campos: 1. las diferentes metodologías utilizadas por Pablo en la interpretación del AT (midrás, lectura histórica, tipología, alegoría, retoricismo); y 2. las implicaciones teológicas de tal interpretación (cristológica, eclesiológica y escatológica). A causa del ingente trabajo en las últimas décadas en torno a la interpretación del AT en san Pablo, existe el riesgo de perder perspectiva y una visión global común de la que partir. El artículo intenta ofrecer un resumen de las distintas posibilidades de estudio y lanza como propuesta a los investigadores la necesidad de reconocer y fundamentar sólidamente los fundamentos de la propia investigación.

The author presents a state of the research in the last 30 years about the interpretation of the OT in the apostle Paul. He focuses his effort on two fields: 1. the different methods used by Paul in the interpretation of the OT (midrash, historical reading, typology, allegory, rhetoricism); and 2. the theological implications of his interpretation (Christological, Ecclesiological and Eschatological). The enormous work done during the last decades on the interpretation of the OT in Paul runs the risk of losing perspective and a common broad vision from which to go forward. The paper tries to offer an outline of the different possibilities of study, and propose scholars researching on the field the need to acknowledge and to ground firmly the principles of their research.
