La II Guerra Mundial a través del Capitán América

Abstract

En este trabajo nos centramos en elaborar una unidad didáctica bajo el título de “La II Guerra Mundial a través del Capitán América”. En ella se pretende elaborar un tema que no se salga del marco establecido por el currículo para el curso 4º ESO, pero utilizando fuentes dentro de la cultura popular, buscando así dar un nuevo enfoque a través de las viñetas de los cómics del Capitán América en 1941. A lo largo de este proyecto trabajaremos sobre quién y qué representa dicho personaje, su contexto sociopolítico y quiénes fueron sus creadores, dentro de un marco general como es la II Guerra Mundial que se está produciendo en Europa. Con dicho trabajo trataremos de aplicar nuevas maneras de aprender Historia con otras fuentes documentales, como son los cómics, e introduciendo otro tipo de elementos como el cinematográfico a la hora de presentar al personaje. Además, se pretenderá elaborar actividades de aprendizaje ligadas al tema para sacar el mayor partido posible a los materiales de los que disponemos.

In this work we focus on developing a didactic unit under the title "World War II through Captain America". It aims to elaborate a theme that does not go beyond the framework established by the curriculum for the 4th ESO course, but using sources within popular culture, thus seeking to give a new approach through the vignettes of the comics of Captain America in 1941. Throughout this project we will work on who and what this character represents, its socio-political context and who were its creators, within a general framework such as the Second World War that is taking place in Europe. With this project we will try to apply new ways of learning history with other documentary sources, such as comics, and introducing other types of elements such as the cinematographic when presenting the character. In addition, it will be intended to develop learning activities linked to the subject in order to get the most out of the materials available to us.
