La ansiedad en niños con dificultades del aprendizaje. Propuesta educativa: "El muñeco Keko"

Abstract

Las dificultades del aprendizaje son obstáculos que surgen con frecuencia en el ámbito educativo. Es importante que en las escuelas se creen herramientas a tal efecto, que posibiliten la igualdad e inclusión para que todos ellos puedan llevar un buen aprendizaje. Además, es idóneo que estas herramientas sean polivalentes, de forma que puedan ser trabajadas no sólo en el aula sino también en los hogares. Por otro lado, las emociones son algo que siempre están presentes en el día a día y por tanto en el ámbito escolar. Es necesario desde pequeños, trabajarlas y saber llevar un buen control emocional, aunque se debe recalcar también que, sentirse triste, no es algo que esté mal. Todo lo anterior, si no se trabaja de manera correcta, puede llevar a otro de los temas que más se habla hoy en día, como es el concepto de ansiedad.

Nowadays, learning difficulties are obstacles that exist in a great amount within the educational field. Students who have them not only must learn how to live and deal it, but also, tools must be created to enable equality and inclusion, either at school or home, to reach a good learning process. On the other hand, emotions are always in every aspect of our lives, and it is necessary to work them from an early age, as well as carrying out a good emotional control, although, it should be emphasized that feeling sad is not wrong. Due to all of the above, if it is not worked correctly, anxiety can be caused.
