Abstract

Este artículo trata de uno de los nuevos delitos contra el patrimonio de la Iglesia introducido en la reforma del libro vi del Código de Derecho Canónico. Se trata de la enajenación ilegítima y se persiguen todas aquellas enajenaciones hechas sin los requisitos de validez o de licitud. Se pone en relación este delito con la corresponsabilidad.

This article deals with one of the new crimes against the patrimony of the Church introduced in the reform of book vi of the Code of Canon Law. It is about illegitimate alienation and are prosecuted all those alienations made without the validity or legality requirements. This crime is related to stewardship.
