dc.description.abstract | According to moderns interpreters, there are two differents ac-counts of the doctrine of predicables in Aristotle’s Topics: the ex-clusive and the inclusive one. The shift between these two ac-counts it is generally explained with genetic criteria. This paper shows that not all the contradictions found between book A of Topics and its central books are real, and gives a non genetic ex-planatión of the authentic incoherences. It is also shown that in the whole text of Topics there is no trace of an inclusive account of genus | es_ES |
