- La religiosidad en el espacio público a partir de Ortega y Gasset(Servicio de Publicaciones de la Universidad de Navarra, 2018) Peris, A. (Ángel)Ortega dealt with the topic of religion from the perspective of a very personal kind of religiosity, and he defended the secular state from this perspective. For this reason, it is interesting to consider how Ortega’s view of religion would respond to two questions: what is the place of religion in the public sphere of a plural society, and what can religion contribute to the secular state in response to the demands of a democratic society that does not resign itself to being indifferent to the religious fact.
- La teoría scheleriana de la identidad personal y su matriz romántica(Servicio de Publicaciones de la Universidad de Navarra, 2018) Rodríguez-Duplá, L. (Leonardo)The aim of this paper is to expound the precise meaning and the systematic coherence of one of the most important tenets of Max Scheler’s philosophical anthropology: his claim that every human being, as a spiritual being, has an "individual value-essence" that makes him different from any other human being. The last section of the paper traces the Romantic origin of this aspect of Scheler’s anthropology.
