Introduction: Quality of life is a crucial aspect of Palliative Care. It covers all dimensions of the living experience. Children, despite their age or cognitive capacity experience it as well. When caring for a child with advanced disease or that is dying nurses should know the tools and interventions available to act onto said child’s Quality of life in a holistic way. Aim: This review aims to be a compendium and implementation guide for nurses of the latest nursing interventions in this topic. Methodology: This was achieved by doing a literature review in three databases to collect all the nursing interventions that focused on this topic during the last decade. Results: Nine published studies were included. Interventions were analyzed on their format, availability based on the location of care and its estimated duration, the outcomes and domains they worked on and with which instruments, the person communicating with the healthcare team in the intervention, and the demonstrated significance plus the reported satisfaction with them. Conclusion: This revision contains interventions that act on physical, psychological, and social needs, give voice to children in palliative care, and facilitate home based palliative care.
