En este artículo, se propone un breve recorrido a través del petrarquismo quevediano demostrando una estrecha vinculación del poeta español con textos petrarquistas, pero también la tendencia a encontrar su unidad fuera de ellos. En la medida en la que sonetos, canciones u otros textos petrarquistas aparecen desviados y mediados por reminiscencias nacionales, Quevedo destruye su retórica y fragmenta la coherencia de su argumentación. Frente a la técnica moderna de la contaminatio gongorina, Quevedo ensaya más bien la postmoderna del pastiche y de la fragmentación. In this article, the author proposes a brief review of Quevedo’s poetry through the influence of Petrarch, proving a close relation between the Spanish poet and the Petrarchan texts, but also a tendency to find his unity out of them is shown. Quevedo destroys Petrarchan rhetoric and its coherence of argumentation, when his poetry is influenced by national reminiscence. While Gongora uses the modern technique of contaminatio, Quevedo prefers the post-modern technique of pastiche and fragmentation.
