It is meant to highlight the fact that greek culture’s influence, and specifically platonic work’s, is recognizable on vitruvian treaty. It will be meant to show that some artistic concepts which belong to greek cultural tradition and defended by Platon are recognizable on «The Ten Arquitecture Books» letting show, in some aspects, Vitruvio’s cultural filohellenism.

Se pretende poner de relieve que la influencia de la cultura griega, y en concreto de la obra platónica, es reconocible en el tratado vitruviano. Se intentará mostrar que algunos conceptos artísticos pertenecientes a la tradición cultural griega y defendidas por Platón son reconocibles en Los Diez Libros de Arquitectura dejando ver, en algunos aspectos, el filohelenismo cultural de Vitruvio.
