El Control Parental es -todavía- una herramienta poco conocida por los padres de familia con hijos en edad preescolar y escolar. Quienes conocen ésta herramienta corren el riesgo de convertirla en una especie de ‘policía virtual’, pues tendrán acceso a cada uno de los movimientos en Internet de sus hijos. Ello impide la posibilidad de que padres e hijos crezcan juntos en este nuevo mundo de las tecnologías de información y comunicación.
