Abstract

This paper examines the growing importance of the unpublished writings of thinkers for research in philosophy. This new orientation of the study of philosophy raises at least two questions. Firstly, what is the philosophical interest of the posthumous legacy of a thinker? And specifically, why do Heidegger's lessons and notes awaken as much enthusiasm among researchers as the books and essays published in his lifetime?
