El autor de este artículo asegura que un texto literario debería ser analizado desde diferentes posiciones críticas. Un aspecto muy interesante para entender la riqueza del texto barroco es la relación política entre el escritor y el poder, debido a la dependencia del escritor del poder. Es bien conocido que Quevedo estuvo muy implicado en política durante su vida. El profesor Gutiérrez intenta analizar el soneto 169 (edición Blecua, “A Simón Cirineo”) como un subrepticio ataque de Quevedo a la política de dependencia de Olivares de los judíos. The author assures that a literary text should be analysed attending different critical positions. A very important aspect to understand the richness of a baroque text is the political relations between the writer and the power, due to the dependence of a writer from the political power. It is well-known that Quevedo was deeply involved in politics during most of his life. Professor Gutiérrez tries to analyse the sonnet 169 (Blecua’s edition, “A Simón Cirineo”) as a concealed attack of Quevedo to Olivares’ involvement with Jews.
