Cinema net: cine con valores

Abstract

CinemaNet is an association which tries to promote cinema with values. They do not have much money, and because of that they try to do their best with almost no resources. But this is not the only one problem they have: the association is very joung and the director is very old, so they do not know who is going to fill the post of the director when he leaves. CinemaNet organizes a lot of acts related to cinema during the whole year. The situation is approached from the framework of the enterprise, Web 2.0 development and succession issues in nonprofit organizations. ------------------------- CinemaNet es una asociación que trata de promover el cine con valores. No tienen mucho dinero, y por eso tratan de hacerlo lo mejor que pueden sin apenas disponer de recursos. Pero este no es el único problema que tienen: la asociación es muy joven y su director es muy mayor, así que no saben quién va a ocupar su puesto cuando se vaya. CinemaNet organiza muchos actos relacionados con el cine a lo largo de todo el año. La situación es abordada desde el marco de la empresa, el desarrollo de web 2.0 y los problemas de sucesión en organizaciones no lucrativas.
