Abstract

The publicity of criminal judicial proceedings appears as a construction within the declaration of rights of those who face criminal charges. But this publicity combined with freedom of information sets up risks for other rights such as the violation of personal privacy, so much so for the accused or third parties -victims, witnesses...- These pages analyse some of the consequences of these possible conflicts of rights.
