dc.description.abstract | Aristotle was the first Greek thinker to articulate sciences of biology and zoology and he was also the originator of comparative anatomy. In this investigation I want to show the relation between the account of scientific explanation in the logical treatises and the investigations reported in the natural treatises. In the second part the article examines Aristotle’s views on brain function in the context of his time and considers how this context lead Aristotle to commit a “scandalous error.” | es_ES |
