Coordinación de sinónimos en textos jurídicos

Abstract

Los textos jurídicos presentan, entre sus características lingüísticas o estilísticas, una que se muestra relevante por su reiteración: la coordinación de sinónimos. En este artículo se estudian, con base en el análisis textual, tres aspectos principales acerca de tales construcciones: por una parte su origen, que se debe en parte a la necesidad de modernizar los textos legales heredados. Por otra las relaciones diversas, de naturaleza interidiomática dentro de la misma lengua histórica, que se establece entre un término y otro. Finalmente, el tipo de coordinación, copulativa o disyuntiva, que une a los sinónimos. Juridical texts present, among their linguistic or stylistic characteristics, a quite outstanding feature due to its reiteration: the coordination of synonyms. Three principal aspects of these constructios are studied in this articule, based on textual analysis: the origin of this feature, that is due in part to the need of lexical modernization of inherited legal texts. On the other hand, different interidiomatic relations, that are established between the two synonyms of the same historical language. At last, the type of coordination between the synonyms with a copulative or disjuntive conjunction.
