La transmisión de la fe a la luz de la Nueva Evangelización

Abstract

El estudio quiere situar algunos marcos de la «nueva evangelización». Aunque el término se relaciona con Juan Pablo II, en realidad, la noción está ya muy presente en la Evangelii nuntiandi de Pablo VI. Más aún, las coordenadas necesarias están esbozadas en profundidad en la Constitución Dogmática del Vaticano II Dei Verbum. Este documento articula muy bien las nociones de la revelación y su transmisión, lo objetivo y lo subjetivo, el pasado y el presente. Desde estas perspectivas se puede presentar la noción de Iglesia misionera, que entiende el relativismo del ambiente en el que se mueve y que, al mismo tiempo, es capaz de tener una noción de pluralismo más amplia que el laicismo políticamente correcto, y que sabe dar razones de la fe que cree y de la «comunión» que vive.

This study intends to place a framework for the «New Evangelization». Even though the term is associated to John Paul II, the notion is actually present in Paul VI’s Evangelii nuntiandi. Furthermore, the necessary coordinates are delineated in depth in Vatican II’s dogmatic constitution Dei Verbum. This document articulates well the notions of revelation and its transmission, the objective and the subjective, the past and the present. From this perspective the notion of Church Missionary can be presented which comprehends the relativism of its environment and at the same time is capable of having a notion of pluralism which surpasses that of a politically correct laicism. It also knows how to offer reasons for the faith it believes and for the «communion» it lives.
