Abstract

La educación es un proceso que se halla integrado por una serie de elementos, el no tenerlos presentes da lugar a una formación parcial e incompleta. Esta formación, independientemente de las estrategias pedagógicas que utilice, siempre debe estar intrínsecamente orientada a un único fin: la perfección de la persona como ser trascendente, elevándola siempre a ser la mejor versión de ella misma. La educación deportiva no escapa a este objetivo, convirtiéndose así en un instrumento que conduce también al crecimiento personal. La actividad deportiva, por tanto, constituye una oportunidad única para fortalecer no sólo el cuerpo sino también el espíritu, teniendo de este modo en cuenta la centralidad de la persona para no caer en un peligroso desequilibrio. La familia y matrimonio, como punto de encuentro, juegan también en este contexto un papel decisivo.

Education is a process closely integrated with a number of different elements, not taking these into consideration might results in an incomplete and partial way of teaching. Education, independently of the pedagogical methods and strategies used, must be oriented to a single objective: the enhancement of the individual as a transcendent human been, supporting them to become the best version of themselves. Sports education does not scape this same goal, meaning that sports education is also an instrument that should support the individual in the personal growth as human being. Sports, therefore, constitutes a valuable tool and a unique opportunity for overall personal growth, the body and the spirit, taking into consideration the wholeness of the individual avoiding the trap of falling into a dangerous imbalance. The family and marriage, as a meeting point, also play a decisive role in this context.
