Auto-determinación y responsabilidad intransferible en Orígenes de Alejandría. Una consideración filosófica ("De principiis" III, 1)

Abstract

Este artículo busca mostrar la contribución filosófica de Orígenes a la doctrina del carácter libre y responsable del agente moral, a partir de De Principiis III, 1. Una vez explicado el carácter global de la doctrina de la libertad en los textos origenianos, ofreceré un análisis de los argumentos de corte fenomenológico del Adimantino, para establecer la necesidad del libre albedrío y su ligazón constitutiva con la responsabilidad intransferible y absoluta.

In this article, I seek to establish the philosophical contribution of Origen to the idea of the free and responsible nature of the moral agent in De principiis III, 1. I will first show the global character of the freedom question in Origen. Second, I will provide an analysis of the phenomenological arguments found in De Principiis in order to establish the need for free will and its constitutive link with the idea of non-transferable responsibility.
