Cine como herramienta de aprendizaje creativo en Educación Primaria

Abstract

The research aims to analyze if short fi lms are an appropriate resource to stimulate divergent thinking in children watch images that enhance the imagination and inventiveness. The study was carried out with Grade 1 subjects using a quantitative and qualitative paradigm, through an experimental design of group comparison of the creativity variable, before and after the implementation of a program based on short fi lms for children. After the implementation of the program, favorable changes were found in the creative function of children in experimental groups and not in the control group.

La investigación tuvo por objetivo analizar si el cine resulta un recurso adecuado en niños para estimular el pensamiento divergente al contemplar imágenes que potencian la imaginación y la capacidad inventiva. El estudio se realizó con sujetos de 1º de Primaria bajo el paradigma cuantitativo y cualitativo, mediante un diseño experimental de comparación de grupos de la variable creatividad, antes y después de la implementación de un programa basado en cortometrajes infantiles. Tras la implementación del programa se mostraron cambios favorables en la función creativa de los niños de grupos experimentales y no en el grupo de control.
