Business ethics is a matter of practical relevance to organizations around the world as evidenced by the fact that most organizations have implemented ethics programs trying to improve the moral behavior of their employees. Unfortunately, despite these efforts that cost several million dollars a year to the average multinational company, misconduct is still prevalent in organizations and new ethics scandals appear constantly in the newspapers. The main goal of this thesis is to propose a methodology that may help find which business ethics programs work better, this is, which are more effective.es_ES
