La aportación de la perspectiva cristiana en el actual momento educativo

Abstract

The mission of education, with its requirements for personalization and consistency, is today part of cultural context, characterized primarily by technological globalization and digital culture. On top of all this, there is the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, which is undoubtedly becoming a challenge. It cannot be overcome without noticing the importance of education in its broadest sense. The article shows some of the current educational challenges and the possible contribution of Christianity to meeting these challenges. From this perspective, it is necessary to recognize the nature and style of Catholic educational institutions, taking into account—on the basis of the foundations of anthropology and ethics—the reality, both internal in the personalistic sense and the socio-cultural environment in which people live. The concluding section presents some basic proposals for educating to live the faith in our cultural context, which relate to teaching, communicating and announcing the faith.

La tarea educativa, con sus requerimientos de personalización y coherencia, se inscribe hoy en un contexto cultural, caracterizado sobre todo por la globalización tecnológica y la cultura digital. A esto se suma, por ahora, la crisis causada por la pandemia del Covid-19, crisis que a la vez desafía y valoriza la educación. En estas páginas se abordan algunos desafíos educativos actuales y cuál puede ser la aportación cristiana. En esta perspectiva se perfilan el carácter y el estilo de las instituciones educativas de inspiración católica, sin dejar de reclamar, sobre los fundamentos de la antropología y de la ética, una atención a la realidad, tanto a la realidad interior de las personas como al entorno sociocultural. Finalmente se formulan algunas propuestas de base para la educación de la fe en nuestro momento cultural, que relacionan la enseñanza, la comunicación y el anuncio de la fe.

Misja wychowywania, wraz ze swoimi wymaganiami dotyczącymi personalizacji oraz spójności, wpisuje się dzisiaj w kontekst kulturowy, charakteryzujący się przede wszystkim technologiczną globalizacją i kulturą cyfrową. Do tego wszystkiego dochodzi obecnie kryzys wywołany pandemią Covid-19, który niewątpliwie staje się wyzwaniem. Nie można mu sprostać nie dostrzegając wagi szeroko pojętego wychowywania. Artykuł ukazuje niektóre aktualne wyzwania wychowawcze, jak również możliwy wkład chrześcijaństwa w podejmowanie tych wyzwań. Z tej perspektywy należy dostrzec charakter i styl katolickich instytucji edukacyjnych, uwzględniając, na bazie podstaw antropologii i etyki, rzeczywistość, zarówno wewnętrzną w sensie personalistycznym, jak też środowisko społeczno-kulturowe, w którym żyje człowiek. W konkluzjach przedstawiono kilka podstawowych propozycji wychowywania do życia wiarą w naszym kontekście kulturowym, które dotyczą nauczania, komunikowania i głoszenia wiary.
