La “definición nominal de la verdad” y la “filosofía transcendental de los antiguos”. Antonio Millán-Puelles ante la interpretación kantiana de dos doctrinas filosóficas de origen aristotélico
    (2009) Rovira, R. (Rogelio)
In his Critique of pure reason Kant discusses two philosophical doctrines of Aristotelian origin: the definition of truth as adaequatio intellectus et rei and the theory of the transcendentals, condensed in the formula quodlibet ens est unum, verum, bonum. The Spanish philosopher Antonio Millán-Puelles has carried out, in two of his books, an examination of the value of this Kantian discussion. The aim of this paper is to comment on Millán- Puelles’ analysis and to complete it in certain points, in order to show its properly philosophical interest and its originality.

El paso en falso con respecto al cual no retrocede Heidegger
    (2009) Rojas-Jiménez, A. (Alejandro)
The aim of this paper is to show the achievements and the limit of Heidegger’s thought from the analysis of the two false steps. The first false step shows us what the target of his philosophical criticism is, whereas the second false step shows us the place of Heidegger himself within the philosophical tradition, because, although the first false step has been called into question, the second one has been assumed by Heidegger himself.

    Entrevista a Enrico Berti
    (2009) Vigo, A.G. (Alejandro G.)
In this interview E. Berti speaks about his early philosophical career, his rediscovery of Aristotle’s dialectics as based on common beliefs (the endoxa), the importance of Aristotle’s practical philosophy and his concept of the relation between ethics and politics. The modern notion of technique, which seems to have grown in importance in the last century, seems incapable of handling basic and essential metaphysical issues, and this is why we still need metaphysics today.
